I came to this place because Highland Morning had too long of a wait... and I’m so happy I did. The staff is nice, the place is cozy, very clean and nostalgic! They have outside seating if you want. The food came out piping hot and the OJ taste like it’s freshly squeezed!!! I love that they have REAL TURKEY BACON!!! They season there food perfectly.. The portions are large for the price. I’m currently here as I write the review actually really love it. I’m glad I found a new breakfast spot. XO @christinachanelofficial
Awake earlier than normal and walking home, after leaving my car nearby for repairs, I passed by Eggs Over Frankfort, glanced inside and a quaintness beckoned me in for a breakfast I had not yet enjoyed that morning. I found the staff upbeat and pleasant, especially for early morning, as they respectfully and patiently answered my questions about the restaurant and the menu. Several people were enjoying their breakfasts, and some appeared to be regulars as I observed friendly banter between some patrons and staff. I ordered a typically classic American breakfast of eggs, bacon, toast and coffee, and I enjoyed every bite. If I find myself awake early enough again, I'll be glad to make a return visit!
This place is the bomb dot com. The vibe is dope and the coffee shop connected to it is dope as well. Crescent hill coffee is the name. The food was great! I had the breakfast tacos with veggie sausage instead of chorizo and OMG!! The black beans on the side were so distinctively good! My partner had The everything breakfast and says she will get the everything every time! We will be back!
This little quaint breakfast restaurant is very unique and welcoming! Right in the heart of Frankfort Avenue, it’s a place you’ll definitely want to check out. Prices were reasonable compared to other breakfast places. Food was delicious! My mom ordered the French toast and ate every bite. I ordered the classic breakfast which includes eggs, bacon and toast. They have gluten free bread for the toast, so that was an added bonus for me! They make their own jams on-site and the raspberry flavor was so good, I ordered another piece of toast so I could finish off my portion of jam! Highly recommend this place.
It’s a tight squeeze in this tiny cafe but the food is delicious. It’s always great and the servers are always working hard. They offer a variety of fresh jams the selection varies, what a perfect touch!
A great classic diner, but with Frankfort Ave style. The food is delicious and cooked to order, full coffee shop next door with an interior connection. Nice big windows and wood interior with plants. Neighborhood classic.
I was looking for a place after physical therapy, and I'm THRILLED that I found this spot! The food was outstanding, and the pancakes were HUGE. (I absolutely love pancakes, and I couldn't finish them. ) The 3 pancake order is a stand alone meal. I'll DEFINITELY be back.
Great find! TIP: You must try a cinnamon roll. We also had the Eggs in a Hole. Eggs were cooked perfectly. Hash browns were buttery and super rich, excellent. Coffee was good and kept being warmed up by staff. Look forward to returning next time we are in town.
